Applicants may apply from public, private, vocational, technical, parochial and alternative high schools in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico and must be U.S. or Canadian residents. Students must also have a minimum 2.5 GPA, work part-time an average of 15 hours per week unless there are extenuating circumstances, participate in community service or other activities, demonstrate financial need and plan to enroll in an accredited two- or four-year college, university or

Scholarship is open to high school and college students interested in entrepreneurship. Studying in the fields of Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or IT are recommended, but not required. Applicant must submit a video on why they deserve to win the scholarship.

Scholarship is open to current college students who are diagnosed with epilepsy by a physician or have an immediate family member (parent, spouse, child or sibling), and/or are a caregiver of a person living with epilepsy. Applicant must be seeking to advance their personal knowledge in the field of epilepsy, as it is related to research, health education, awareness, and/or advocacy.
